Customer map, areas and who owes - run your ISP by place

Last updated: 19 October 2026

Sort customers by village, street or tower, see them all on a map with your towers and open jobs, chase what is owed from one list, and talk to customers about their reports right where they see them.

Areas

  • Add the places you serve - villages, streets, towers - one or many at once.
  • Set the area, address and map location on each customer, or tick many customers and put them in an area at once.
  • Filter your users, the map and the who-owes list by area. Deleting an area never deletes a customer.

Customer map

  • Every customer with a location on one map: online, active, expired or disabled - plus your towers and radios (red when down) and open jobs.
  • Close pins group into a number; tap to zoom in. Tap a pin for the customer, call, directions and their page.
  • A location is pasted from Google Maps, typed as latitude, longitude, or filled with "I am here" when the technician stands at the place.
  • Switch between Map and Satellite. The satellite view shows real photos of roofs, streets and fields with road names on top, so a technician finds the right house the first time.
  • "Where am I" shows the technician's own position as a blue dot next to the customer's pin.
  • Every customer, tower and job with a location has Navigate (turn-by-turn directions on the phone) and Satellite buttons. A job can be sent to a technician on WhatsApp with the directions link inside.
  • Every job and customer page shows a satellite picture of the place, so the team sees the house before they leave.

Who owes

  • Every customer with a renewal not paid yet, the biggest first, with the total owed.
  • Send a WhatsApp reminder, a printable statement (or PDF) of everything they bought and paid, and mark many paid at once.
  • Team members mark paid only what they sold; resellers see only their own.

Two-way customer reports

  • Reply to a customer's report from the job: they read it under "My reports" on their account page and get it on your Telegram bot.
  • They can answer back; a finished job opens again when they do, and you are told. Your team's notes stay private.

What it costs

Included in every RadiusNest plan. The map uses OpenStreetMap - no map fees, no keys to set up.

Questions

How do I put customers on the map?

Open the customer, press Edit and paste their location from Google Maps - or press "I am here" when you are at their place.

Is there a satellite view?

Yes. Press Satellite on the map to see real photos of the area with road names, zoom in to the house, and press Navigate on a pin for directions on your phone.

How does a technician reach the customer?

Open the job and press Navigate, or send the job to the technician on WhatsApp - the message carries the customer, the problem and the directions link. "Where am I" on the map shows how far away they are.

Can my resellers use areas and the map?

Yes. They see your areas and put their own customers in them, and see only their own customers on the map.

Can customers see what they owe?

Send them a statement on WhatsApp or print it: every renewal, what was paid and what is still owed.

Where do customers read my replies?

Under "My reports" on their account page, and on your Telegram bot if they use it.
