ISP profit tracking: what you sold minus what you spent, every month
Last updated: 19 October 2026
Revenue is not profit. RadiusNest already counts every sale; now add your costs - the internet bill, salaries, tower rent, electricity, equipment - and see what is really left each month.
How it works
- Sales come in by themselves: every new customer, renewal and voucher RadiusNest already counts.
- Add a cost once (a router you bought) or every month (bandwidth, salaries, rent) - a monthly cost counts in each month by itself until you stop it.
- See sold, costs and profit (or loss) for any month, where the money went by category, and the last 12 months side by side.
Receipts and invoices with your details
Every sale has a receipt - or an invoice while it is not paid - to print or copy. Add your tax or registration number and a note for the bottom (thank you, when to pay) and they appear on every one.
What it costs
Included with every RadiusNest account, the free trial too. Only the owner sees profit.
Questions
Do I have to type in my sales?
No. RadiusNest counts every sale already; you only add your costs.
How do monthly costs work?
Tick Every month and the cost counts in every month by itself until you press Stop. Stopping keeps it in the months before.
Can my receipts show my tax number?
Yes. Add your tax or registration number and a note in ISP settings, Receipts and invoices. They appear on every receipt and invoice.
Who can see profit?
Only the owner of the ISP account. Team and reseller logins do not see it.
What does it cost?
Included with every RadiusNest account, the free trial too.
