This page explains what RadiusNest ("we") stores for the RadiusNest RADIUS dashboard at https://api.radiusnest.net and for the MikBot Telegram bot, and why.

What we store

• RadiusNest accounts: your email, name and phone number, your ISP name, and a securely hashed password. Google sign-in is optional; if you use it we receive your name and email from Google.
• Your network data in RadiusNest: your routers, packages, users and vouchers, and login and session logs of your users. Login logs are kept for 60 days.
• MikBot: your router serial number, Telegram Chat ID, your bot token (needed to send your messages), the users the bot created, a log of bot actions, and your bot settings.
• Payments: plan, amount and date; for crypto payments the transaction ID and sending address; for bank transfers in the dashboard the reference and receipt you send.
• Router backups made with MikBot are sent straight to your Telegram chat and are not kept on our server.

How we use it

Only to run the services, activate and renew subscriptions, send you service messages and emails, prevent abuse, and help you when you contact support.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data and we do not show ads. We share data only with the services needed to run RadiusNest: our hosting providers, Telegram (for bot messages), our email provider, Google (only if you use Google sign-in), and public blockchain APIs (to find crypto payments).

Your choices

You can ask us to export or delete your data at support@radiusnest.net. Payment records may be kept longer where the law requires it.

Cookies

The dashboard uses one login cookie. This website stores your theme choice and, on the MikBot page, your serial number and Chat ID in your own browser to fill in forms faster.
