The services
RadiusNest provides a hosted RADIUS and billing dashboard for internet service providers, and MikBot, a Telegram bot that manages a MikroTik router. You are responsible for your routers, your customers and following the law in your country.
Accounts and security
Keep your passwords, bot token and router scripts private. Anyone with your bot token or script could misuse them. Tell us at once if you think your account is at risk.
Plans and payments
- Prices are in US dollars. Paid time is added to your current end date.
- Crypto payments must be sent on the network shown and with the exact amount shown. Payments on a wrong network may be lost and cannot be refunded by us.
- Bank transfers made in the dashboard are activated after we confirm them.
- Free trials are limited to one per router or account.
Fair use
Do not use the services for illegal activity, to attack other networks, or to overload our systems. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
We work to keep the services running at all times, but we cannot promise that they are never interrupted. We are not liable for indirect losses.
